Just 4 Easy Steps:
Step 1
Information is gathered from the initial visit
with the family of the deceased by filling out a simple paper form that we provide.
Step 2
The information collected is then easily entered into an online digital form. Our software creates the unique Infopage, complete with all of the pertinent Service details. Once submitted, it automatically sends an email to the Family Contact in charge of approval.
Step 3
The Family Contact clicks a link in the email which brings them
to the Infopage for approval.
Step 4
The Family Contact views the Infopage in a WYSIWYG format and edits/approves
the infopage thereby assuming liability for accurate information.
Upon approval, you are sent notification via email and they then
distribute to friends and family using our secure email system to
as many addresses as they like - it's unlimited!
The Family Contact may edit the infopage at anytime as more information
becomes available, and decisions are made.
Recipients of the infopage email are aware of service and viewing
dates and times, family memorial wishes, local hotel information
and other useful links.
The Infopage also may include additional information such as how
to reach the family, whether to send flowers, where family members
are staying, etc.
These Recipients then can forward the link to even more people that
they think the family may have missed creating an unlimited passing
of information.
Family members will be pleased by this outcome - there will always
be someone that they didn't expect to see that found out about it
through this chain of sharing.
Additionally, if you share your subdomain link in any documentation
such as the newspaper obituary, anyone can find the deceased's infopage
from your searchpage and utilize the updated information on the
infopage.
