How much should I charge for the service?
It may depend on your economic demographic and area of the country. We recommend of charging your clients between $30 and $50 per Infopage for your services.
How long does it take to create an infopage?
Once your setup is complete, utilizing recurring fields allows you to create a page in about 5 minutes.
Do I have to enter places, directions and similar information every time
I create an infopage?
No, the first time you create one, you'll spend a little extra time saving
your recurring information such as the business and locations that you use
frequently. Our software remembers your recurring information. The next
time you need it, you'll find it as a selection at your fingertips!
Does using your software require any advanced computer knowledge or ability?
No ‚ Absolutely not! We created our system with the extreme novice in mind. If you can check your email, or have ever bought anything online you will have no problem.
What if I need help?
You'll find most answers easily and quickly in your User Guide. But if for some reason you don't, you have free - that's right, free tech support available online and by phone during normal business hours with extended hours for the West Coast. We hope to offer 24hr online support by the end of the year.

Are custom printed materials available?
Yes, we provide materials printed with your logo, address and subdomain free of charge for any kit bundles over 300 per single location. You may however, purchase printed materials separately with lower kit quantities, but the minimum print run is 300.
Is there a limit to the number of friends and family that my clients can
send the Infopage email to?
No, they are free to send it to as many people as they like, and are in fact encouraged to do so.
Can they send their Infopage link to a cell phone?
Yes, they can send your subdomain URL from their cell phones and the recipient can look the infopage up by last name if they are not immediately displayed.
What about text messaging from within the software?
Not yet . . . we are working now on version 2.0. That release may include the ability to send a predetermined number of text messages directly from the approval page. We also plan on adding a WAP version of the infopage for web enabled phones.
Do I have to pay for my subdomain?
Subdomain fees are included for all kit bundles (except the 30 count - the fee is $125 per year). As long as you purchase at least a 60 kit bundle each year, you'll never be charged for your subdomain.
What happens to my subdomain if I stop using your service?
First of all, you won't. But okay, let's say you do. We'll reserve your subdomain for one year while we get you back.
Can I have access to a working online account?
Yes, simply call us & we'll set you up with a temporary log-in to fully functional example account.
Will At Peace customize the software code to include specific requests?
No. We've made our system very flexible, so there shouldn't be any reason for customization. Also, we cannot alter our code as our system, software and processes have Patents Pending.
Can I become a reseller of your services?
At this time we do not have a resellers program in place, but are open to dialogue on the subject. Please contact a representative.
I have several locations. Do I need a separate log-in for each?
We suggest a separate log-in to help you keep your information simplified. Each physical location should have it's own search site, the only way to do that is with a separate account.
Did you have to create you own language to define the parts of your system?
Yes, since it has never been done this way before, we have developed
our own nomenclature. Click here to see our definitions of terms.
How long do infopages stay online?
Infopages remain online for 3 weeks after the funeral service so that people have access to family contacts, addresses and memorial information.
Do you have Memorial Pages Online as well?
Not at this time. Our service is quite different from that of Memorial Pages. We are considering including the ability for the Infopage to automatically become a Memorial Page in future releases.
Are discounts available for companies that own many funeral homes?
Of course, as long as you own more than 5 funeral homes - give us a call.
How do you ensure that the Funeral Home is not liable for mistakes on the
Infopage?
Although someone at the Funeral Home initiates the Infopage, it is the Family Approval Contact that accepts responsibility for all information on the page. They attest to it's accuracy after reading and accepting the terms linked to the "approve" button when submitting their approval.
Is my information during the online purchasing
process for the kits safe?
Yes. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) and our Merchant Account is run through Paypal, the most trusted ecommerce solution on the internet.
Do you share, sell or give out any information
about your clients?
No. Never. Never will. Your business with us is secure. Please read our Policies Page.
Is there a minimum age for the person in charge
of approving the Infopage?
Yes. The legal acceptance for liability on the approval page requires that the user is at least 18 years of age. Families may rely on a younger, more computer literate family member or friend to help, but the final submission should follow these requirements.
Why do you give a percentage of your profit to
charities?
That's our way of honoring the founders' mother, and it is the right thing to do.
How do you distribute money among your approved charities?
We don't. You do. Check out our online poll - every quarter we check the poll and distribute accordingly.
I'll increase revenue with an infopage rather
than an obituary . . . is this a replacement to an obituary?
Yes and No.
First the Yes - Spreading the word is the best place for your clients to put their money. Many of your clients may opt not to pay the money for an Obituary when an infopage offers so much more in value for a lower cost.
Now the No - Traditionally the Obituary performs a different role as a testament to the deceased's life. While the family may choose to add that sort of verbiage about the deceased, the main focus of an Infopage is to provide easy access to information which is in a state of flux and thus provide relief to the grieving the family.
Another No. We don't price our services by the line or by the word.
The newspaper offers a tangible printed piece that the visitors can keep
with them for dates and times of the services . . . what about an Infopage?
We've designed the Infopage to print easily. Not only that, but our links for directions and hotels are easily printed as well - the newspaper doesn't offer that.
